Literally ten minutes to a fab new accessory (or make up bag, pencil pouch, diaper tote... whateves ;) The key is finding these pre-cut squares of patterned viny from your local craft joint. Brown Kraft paper is my go-to when it comes to wrapping. It is such a great blank canvas. Lots of different possibilities. Perfect for any crafter to be, well, crafty :) It is also a great big-o plus that it comes on a HUGE roll and cost only a few bucks. My kind of craft supply. We had our first 'official' family photos taken yesterday. Yes, it was our first time. Usually I am behind the camera capturing all of our family's candid moments.  These built in bookcases have been the best addition to our living room. The husband gets to feel accomplished by having built them himself and I get to decorate them. When I feel like futzing around I just shuffle the shelving arrangements and I feel like I have really done something with the day. Just kidding. But decorating these behemoths is a real treat. One of the biggest reasons why I love this man is his child like enthusiasm. He is the one that wakes me up at 4 am on Christmas morning.  Wish I had more pics of this sucker... but trust me it went FAST! This delish pie is composed of a super scrumptious sweet potato pie with a bacon and blue cheese lattice. Looks and sound complicated but it really is not. This is THE dish you want to bring to any holiday potluck. Here we go... Ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar packed

Well I decided to take a little 'mini vacay' and enjoy some time gardening with my to little buggers. Thought I could get a lot done planning some DIYs but alas life as a mama of two is very distracting. I got lots of reading of story books, bath times and snacks made but little work done. Oh well.  I am totally gushing over Druzy Stone Jewelry, and have been spending quite a bit of time gawking over these pieces of jewelry for sale on etsy. I really like how the rough natural feel of the stone looks when it is paired with smooth shininess of gold or silver.
